Sinopec (HK) won the bid for Tseung Kwan O EV charging station for HK$36.386 million, with a lease term of 12 years.
The Lands Department announced on May 12 that a site of approximately 2,640 square meters, located at Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 137, Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O, was granted to Sinopec (Hong Kong) Gas Stations Limited for HK$36.386 million for use as an electric vehicle charging station, with a lease term of 12 years. Two other companies submitted bids, including Aoxiang Energy Limited and Shell Hong Kong Limited. The department indicated that the winning bidder was the highest bidder.
